The blade was designed to fit both tractors, but requires extra parts to fit an A. And you indicate it doesn't even have the mounting parts for a Super A.

With engine off remove the pin in the clevis going to the carb. Now open throttle and by holding carb linkage open the pin should go back in if not adjust the clevis. Be careful adjusting the clevis as it has paint ect on the threads. Mite need to remove linkage and get clevis working free. You can get the gov housing rebushed to fix the …
