After calling Turbo Tax the IRS and TPG I was able to resolve the issue. The money ended up in my Credit Karma account somehow. I located the Account and Routing number used on my tax documentation downloaded from Turbo Tax. I found that the routing number is owned by the MVB Bank which is a close partner of Credit Karma.
